That's from Shameless (the US version), which is actually a really good show. William H. Macy got top billing as a well established actor, but Emmy Rossum carried that show (and did tons of nude scenes, and was still the best character on the show regardless of the nudity). She left after the second-to-last season, and her departure is likely why the show ended. It didn't go very far without her.
Shameless also gave us the guy from The Bear, but he was really only a good supporting character on Shameless, while he carries The Bear as the lead. Jeremy Allen White I believe is his name. But the entire cast was pretty good. Even Deborah, everyone's most hated character. The actress did a great job playing human trash.
