Wouldn't a neutral zone be 250m of each?

Also if you don't like Africans, maybe don't hold on to an enclave in Africa.

What if all colonialism is bad and you shouldn't pick and choose when to support colonizers?

Melilla is however not a colony. It has been Spain for a long time.

I didn't realize there was an expiration date on colonialism, I guess Cuba should abandon it's claim on Guantanamo Bay too?

Istanbul for the Istanbulites to decide there are plenty of countries with smaller populations that have self-determinations.

Melilla however was never colonized: it was conquered in a war.

Do you know what colonization is?

Yes, do you?

From Wikipedia

A colony is a territory subject to a form of foreign rule

Such definition does not apply because they're part of Spain. Those places never have been a colony.

It's been over 500 years those territories are part of Spain. Moreover, it's not like we're talking about a region on the other side of the world, those territories do confine with Spain mainland on the sea.
