Every single branch of government at almost every level has said otherwise but OK.
People need to get real about the state of American law and our relative status before it. If we spoke truth about this I think people would be a lot more angry about this than they are.

After one of the murders in Minneapolis, Jacob Frey was asked if MPD could arrest ICE goons. His response: "Legally speaking, yes. Practically speaking... it gets a little hairy when they outnumber us and have bigger guns. We don't want to create warfare in the streets." God I fucking hate that man.

There is no such thing as objective journalism.
I would prefer journalists write what they actually think and feel then to try to hide behind creative word choice to influence readers.
I wouldn't say Epstein had sex with underage women, I would say he raped children.

I agree with your first and last sentences, but that second one is iffy. In the example above, you're kind of making stuff up to suit your narrative in some of your edits. "As they actually are" is overselling some of it. It would be like changing "School encourages students to stay hydrated" to "Government education facility pressures children to consume dihydrogen monoxide". It's not strictly wrong, but it's also a worse title than the original, and arguably misleading.
Do you see what I mean?

It's perhaps worse when they pepper-spray an elderly person in the face, but every assault by federal agents on citizens should peeve everyone all the time.

Nah you don't need an exception there for criminals. If someone isn't holding a gun, an officer should never have a gun out.
Everyone is innocent until the trials over, so there are no criminals being arrested in the street unless they broke out of jail/prison.
So if a dash/door/body w.e can shows officers taking someone to the ground without showing the person putting up a fight first, the officers should be suspended pending the trials for assault/battery for any involved.
