Fuwanovel status update, "The Phoenix Rises … Again? (Fuwanovel’s Return from Dormancy and why it is my fault.)"

Rather long post, if not rambly, but it sounds to me as Hata trying to spin a better light while still being apologetic. He also explains the reason of his absence which led the place into slowing almost to a halt.
