I mean this may be true, but this article is essentially an advertising at is is sponsored by ICEX, the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade, a publicly owned entity whose goal is to promote foreign investment in Spain. Don't get me wrong, that's a good thing if they do that, but they are not the first point of contact for an independent article I would say.
