This is just an ad. But it also molests the definition of PHP as the bottleneck. When people talk about PHP being the bottleneck they are talking about the interpreter and the Zend engine; as in the actual overhead of using PHP compared to another language to do the same thing. This ad however talks about the code written in PHP, like frameworks, and not about the PHP interpreter itself. So this ad is just ragebaiting and should be put back into the author's behind.
