I don't think they would call that a 10/10.

I have a 10/10 game that helped me realize how toxic my relationship with my parents was and helped me see what healthy (if fictional) love and self-love was like for the first time.

Objectively it's a straightforward wish fulfilment romance story, but I doubt any other piece of art will ever mean as much to me.

A select few games have amazing stories that can definitely open someone up to ideas, cultures, or even advanced philosophical concepts. Or even just be a hell of an emotional ride that can help someone destress or even get used to processing those emotions at all.

Of course it's all massively subjective.
