Israel charges settler in Palestinian activist's killing, in rare indictment

Common tactic, punishing some fodder to act like they are against settler violence when the colonies was built by israel, the settler was armed by the state and the idf protect the colonizers

The must have killed them painlessly or something. More likely they were a rare unpopular settler who has empathy and they framed them.
