My phone screen is set to dim when I plug it into the charger at night.
And weirdly, I actually need my phone to sleep. I turn on videos that aren't too boring but aren't too exciting and I watch/listen as I drift off. Helps a lot. On the occasions that I don't do this, it actually tends to take me much longer to fall asleep.
