So, rum ham, but sweet. Got it. But seriously, if it contains enough alcohol to raise my BAC, I'm not sure how good it'll taste.

It is mostly just a distinct rum flavor. One shot of rum makes 20ish balls.

Small? When I was a kid the local bakery had these in tennis ball size. Not enough rum to get you tipsy, though.
