I mean yeah, but its the captains responsibility, not Zuccs. Even it Zucc told the captain to ignore it, the captain has the highest authority and unless he was forced to ignore it at gunpoint it would be his fault.

My guess is he didn't have pervert glasses on so he couldn't record the rescue and post it online. So what's the point...
