Idk how it all works... But maybe America will change to a model of profiting off AI and surveillance world wide. Both for military and general civilian surveillance, policing, and profiling systems.

Ai and cyber security kind of is the current nuclear arms race.

Hmm more like USA managing to make EU increase military as wished by Trump.

News are gonna tell us "Yay EU freedom", reality is EU as a whole are still USA bootlickers on economic and culture. Those two last are what really matter, because the will of the one who holds the gun decides who this one shoots.

In a decade when Trump is out they're gonna say "oh but we were always allies, not let's use both our militaries to bomb another country because they're evil"

That'll be the story of how EU will be dupped into yet another war, that they didn't want.
