Those seem like some very good changes. This way you don't have to grind to complete the whole pass if you only want some of the skins. I only play a few of the characters, so that makes them a whole lot more appealing. Still won't monetize for them, but I'll at least get the ones that have something good for Brig or Jetpack Cat.
