EDIT: maybe it was a motorcycle cop, actually. That would make more sense.

It sure seems like vehicular violence is on the rise. So many pedestrians killed this year already. No idea why drivers are so angry lately.

I'm closeish to Portland and I feel like I've never notuced so many hit and runs and road rage incidents, ESPECIALLY where guns are brandished before I moved here. Shit is insane in this state
