My electric bill between March and October is zero.even though I have AC and an electric pool heat pump.
The secrect is 40 solar panels on the roof and a 20 KwH battery in the basement.

It's on my list for next year, if we can save up enough. No trees over head and our eve of the house runs north/south.
I'm hoping we'll get some good sunlight power with that arrangement.
How did you find your solar installer? There seems to be so many scammers out there.

Just by asking around in the neighborhood, some had terrible expierences others were super happy - was an easy choice after talking with everyone.
