I saw an HTTP 418 "I'm a teapot" response code in the wild today

My mother's birthday is coming up, and she loves jewelry and likes QVC's stock. So I went to qvc.com and navigated to one of the categories. In response, I got the following:

Not sure why I go the error message, but it's funny that the response code is 418.

(Also, I don't get that error if I use Chromium.)

Ha! Wasn't ordering anything by that point, but maybe it's a sign that my mother wants a tea pot for her birthday.

My previous company used to use that response code in the platform microservice for developer-misconfiguration errors lol. Grew to hate seeing it

I'm guessing it might have something to do with either using Firefox or using a VPN, and if so, that takes it from !mildlyinteresting to !mildlyinfuriating.
