Viral video shows a young woman apparently waking Trump as he dozes off during a meeting — over 7 million views

A short video from a White House event has gone viral after Donald Trump appeared to doze off during the meeting.

Standing behind him, a young woman can be seen with one hand resting near her stomach. As Trump appears to close his eyes and nod off, she makes a small movement with her hand, and shortly afterward Trump appears to sit up and open his eyes.

The moment quickly sparked a bizarre theory on social media. Users joked that the woman had a hidden button on her stomach that could "zap" Trump awake whenever he started falling asleep.

The woman was soon nicknamed "The Zapper".

The theory is not supported by any evidence. There is no indication that she actually had a device or that her movement was connected to Trump's reaction.

The viral clip reportedly received more than 7 million views, with some reports later putting the number even higher.
