• Mark Walter (the new Lakers owner) gets hit with an SEC investigation
• 3 weeks ago, he visits the White House and gifts Trump a championship ring
• Now, his marquee NBA franchise is magically being sold to a member of Trump’s family

Seems like it may end up being a deal to get the tax charges dropped.
