PG&E restores power to neighbors lost it almost a month ago

Nearly a month after a garbage truck tore down power equipment at a northwest Fresno apartment complex, PG&E crews restored power to tenants.

The Article did not say which apartment complex this was. But that is a horrible situation to be in...and PGE should be liable.
