I believe (between this and the semi-regular false fire alarms that are almost monthly) this has caused me to develop tinitus I'm becoming more unable to cope witg and I need it to stop or to mitigate it not just on my end.
They've bolted the laundry room windows shut such that all the noise creates a horrible echo chamber of damaging noise.
Is there any city bi-law or tenant protection I can appeal to. This company just does whatever the fuck they want and theyve already basically destroyed what possible quaity of life I had before they moved their office next to my apartment where its just a giant loud all day social club that ruins my peaceful quiet enjoyment.
I cant move, please help

You can get "shotgunner" earmuff style ear protection like people use on gun ranges. I have a couple pairs at home and I can grab one when I need to use the blender or other power tools, or other noise situation. If you want to go simpler and cheaper you could also just try some noise cancelling earplugs although I tend to like the earmuffs better. It's something you can do to protect yourself even if others won't cooperate.

Whether I can throw my garbage out it in the chute (or if its already "at capacity") is already an eternal crapshoot against my favor and its caused bug problems many times before so basically already there.
Happened already/again last night couldnt throw out my garbage;also how freaking long does it take to vacuum, should not be an hour.
Why are apartment companies allowed to ruin quality of life for residents by double dipping/leeching turning residential space into "business" and charging double percentage rent increases for the "pleasure" ("capital "expenditures"")
Its insane, like all REITs/Private Equity they just ruin everything and customers quality of life when they have no other options and the politicians help them. Like shooting fish in a barrel

Already saw Dr but its not like most things, there's not a way to prove it or really do anything about it besides trying to mask it.
I will never know a moment of genuine peaceful silence again, its chronic torment until I'm dead. Dont really know how to integrate that. Should never have moved here but now they got me
