Been a long-ass time since I made genuine sourdough, kids'll do that.

This is for my partner's grandparents, it isn't too my usual standard, but it's fine

Also, cut into one of its sibling loaves this morning for breakfast and it was excellent. A bit more dense than ideal, but texture and flavor were wonderful
