This weekend is Fairfield's tomato festival! Sadly, the great tomato fight is no more, but there's still plenty to do and eat. I had fried green tomatoes here for the first time. I don't remember how long ago. But they were delicious.
Saturday from 3 to 5 is the band Dirty Cello. I'd go just to hear them even if it wasn't a food festival (I fucking love food festivals), partly because I've seen them before and they're fun, partly because I want to talk with the band again. Unfortunately I'm double booked tomorrow, so unless I can somehow convince game night to move Gloomhaven to the festival, I'm probably going Sunday.
