Japanese Ketchup Spaghetti

This is Japanese-style ketchup spaghetti from the chain restaurant Pancho. If someone promised me 'pasta' and served me this, I'd probably be mad, but for some reason, I get a craving for it every now and then—a truly unique Japanese comfort food.
