Someone on the design team must have really enjoyed their time in Iceland, because that is PRECISELY the view from the Northwest side of Kirkjufellsfoss.
Its been four years or so since last I was there, but that's an absolutely iconic and unforgettable view, and is immediately recognisable. Kind of cool, but also kind of weird to see it in a fantasy game' world.
It seems like the entire team is actually from Iceland, but yeah, they did an excellent job capturing it!
I've never been there IRL, but the world they crafted looks exactly like the pictures I found.
