[Suggestion] Edit character lore without URL and have per-chat user descriptions

Exactly what I said in the title. It would be neat to be able to edit the lore directly in the “edit character” menu without having to upload a lore file and copy the url. It would also be neat to be able to set the user’s description on a per-chat basis in a similar manner to how you are able to set the user’s image and name.
