Can't publish a translation of my channel description

Whenever I add a translation to my channel description while keeping the same name, I receive an error like this:

• This name is not suitable. Please provide another one.

I received another error message when I tried to edit the description and delete the translation:

• You have entered too many invalid names. Please try again in 24 hours.

To be completely honest, I've never broken any rules, but this bug is making me frustrated.
