Looks like another bad faith "effort" from Apple. This doesn't look like it will actually satisfy the EU demands of Apple at all.
Apple shouldn't be allowed to take any commission on purchases made with alternative methods, that's the whole point. And trying to take a commission from purchases made on the web if linked to from the app is absurd on its face.
I hope the EU comes back with another "No, not good enough Apple" and a big ole fine.
