Ok that's cool. Looks like a real improvement that could scale. Of course I'm not a sciencer but I'm not seeing the common "this is the cure to all life's issues!" trash I see on most of these articles. A minor improvement to the carbon creation of cold chains and food that lasts longer from picking to purchase.
