Isn't it kind of the definition of centrism that you are willing to compromise if the other side is willing to?

Not that there are many on the red side willing to be caught compromising...

Theres a huge difference between compromise and capitulation. Democrats put up a front to appear as opposition to Republicans, but it's just for appearances

Given that The Overton Window is squarely set on fascism, it’s Progressives who are moderate.

We want public healthcare, public transport, and public education, like the rest of the OECD.

That’s nothing radical.
