For those unfamiliar, this sketch was from a Star Trek 30th anniversary TV special from 1996 featuring the cast of Frasier in character. If I remember correctly Kelsey Grammer himself was supposed to be the captain, but he bowed out at the last minute and Kate Mulgrew stepped in to fill the role.
