Had a pair in my teens. Got another in my 20s. I'm currently mid 30s and still wear them to grocery shop. It saves time and makes it more fun. It takes a lot of practice to find your balance but once you do it's pretty easy, kind of like hover boards. I've only majorly busted my ass once ever due to a rock.

they do make adult Heelys all the way up to 15M US. that's 14.5 UK and 49 EU.

i don't think so but I haven't looked into it. surely shoes with passive wheels are kind of a very niche thing, given how mediocre the apparently best attempt at it (Heelys) is.

yeah but they still don't typically take (permanent) harm when they fall. i.e. faster regeneration, lower body mass (therefore lower impact momentum) and better strength-to-mass ratio overall.
consider how insects can literally fall off the roof of a skyscraper without hurting themselves, because smaller organisms have better mechanical stats in relation to their body mass. something about laws of physics.
