My roommate found a bunch of these at a thrift store near Toronto Canada. No tags so potentially home made the arms are noodly and you can chain them together. No idea what this guy is but we love it and wish we got more.

You just kinda tie them together the arms and legs are long enough. You can even tie them into balls kinda
I only got this image of me making them into a chain at the top of a stair scared the hec out of my roommate by having them swing down.
We only got the one now the others where given to friends
