Getting Things Done, a productivity system by David Allen. It's basically about keeping your "inbox" empty. If you aren't going to do it right now, move it to "Later" folder, if something needs to be delegated, delegate it and so on. It has been quite a while since I read about it so details are a bit sketchy.
