Real estate companies should be broke up into local companies only, and their executives and upper management jailed for the rest of thir lives.
It's only fair when you screw over everyone you can.

Corporations should not be allowed to own housing, period.
Private individuals should not be allowed multiple properties (an argument could be made for 2 properties, and maybe a third due to inheritance).
Housing should be a protected right, not an asset.
