PrecivityAD2 is a blood-based diagnostic test cleared by the FDA to aid in identifying the presence of amyloid plaques in the brain associated with Alzheimer’s disease in certain patients.
There has been no correlation between amyloid and AD since 2008.
The rest was all faked.

The faked line of research was regarding Lesne's line of papers on a specific amyloid beta protein configuration AB*56
Proteins can be folded in any number of shapes, any of which can have different effects.
The OP's article states:
