So strange. Arrested at 9:30 am at a trailer park, charged with "engaging in prostitution" (amended to disorderly conduct) and possession of "criminal tools". I suspect that the "criminal tools" are maybe lock picks or lock bypass tools. Pure speculation here, but I wonder if he was paying for some dark fantasy ("CNC") shit that included him breaking in.

If he was at a trailer park at 0930 the criminal tools are a meth pipe and a jet lighter.

Haha, I wouldn't be surprised but you don't hear "criminal tools" very often, and I've never heard drug paraphernalia referred to that way.

I've never heard of paraphernalia referred to that way either. The lock picking stuff or "tools of the trade" is what came to my mind too but this guy is a billionaire I assume and they have a different set of rules we're not privy to.
