My hope this is the beginning of a change for this area of the city. I want to see the section of Mayfair Rd between Center and North Ave completely rerun with traffic calming tactics. Remove some lanes, add a boulevard and make this a walker frenziedly area. Especially with all the residential that has been going in around here.

I agree! Really excited for more new towers & am hoping it spurs an urbanization boom in the area. It has so much potential!
