James Lew, martial artist, stuntman and actor, has passed away at 73. Credits all the way back to the OG Kung Fu TV show with David Carradine right up to Emmy-winning stunt coordination on Netflix's Luke Cage, and stalwart of action movies in !action_movies@piefed.social , !bmoviebonanza@lemmy.world (Red Sun RIsing, Shira The Vampire Samurai), #MondayActionMovie (Excessive Force II), #KungFuSat (Showdown in Little Tokyo, The Replacement Killers, and most recently Big Trouble in Little China, 15 August 2026) and even #TubiThursday (Best of the Best, 30 July 2026)
