i started enanthate (4.0 mg, IM, every 7d) (from panacea pharma) november 2025. some months after, i switched to valerate (5.2 mg, subQ, every 5d). during my time on enanthate, i didn't notice any feminizing changes, though that wasn't why i switched. on valerate, i did notice feminizing changes. my skin got clearer, i developed breast buds, erections became harder to get and maintain, and i experienced a drastic improvement in mood. basically all the signs that E was working.
on 28 july 2026, i ran out of valerate, and switched back to the vial of estradiol enanthate that i had previously stopped using, this time at 5.6 mg, IM, every 7d. throughout the past month (as of 24 aug 2026) i've almost immediately noted more oily skin (having my first acne breakout in months), ease maintaining erections, higher libido, and worsened mood.
two things should be noted. for one, i cannot afford bloodwork. secondly, around the same time i switched back to enthanate, i also had my prozac dose lowered. this would explain the mood shift, and even the libido/erection changes, but not the acne.
i guess my question is, before panacea shut down, did anyone notice faulty products from them? any advice or other answers on why i'd notice these changes is also appreciated.

I can't speak to the quality of that supplier but it does seem like something's wrong. I would stop using that vial and get a new one from a new supplier :(

we've been using a vial of enanthate from panacea pharma. we noticed changes within weeks of starting (skin, nipples, etc.).
during our research i saw a few issues with their order fulfillment and communication, but no reports of faulty products.
it sounds like you got unlucky with that vial somehow. i have no idea why though. i don't know much about the chemistry :(
