Update August 25

🔹 Sky is experiencing server issues, and may not be accessible for all players. The team is currently investigating, and we will update this post when we have further news. Thank you for your reports and patience while we work to resolve the issue. ➡️ Update: This issue was caused by some services failing to connect to a database. The team has restarted the affected services, and players should now be able to access Sky again.

We are aware that some players are currently experiencing issues with Daily Quests:

  • Daily Quests may take a long time to be claimed, or cannot be claimed at all.
  • The Daily Quest spirits in Aviary Village may not appear.
  • The Daily Quest button may not appear.

Our team is currently investigating and working on a fix. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

🕯️ Known Issues - Update 34.5 🕯️

[August 27] [Vietnam, RESOLVED] 🔹 We have successfully identified and resolved the issue that was blocking players from redeeming their in-app purchases after completing transactions on the iOS version of the Sky Vietnam app. If you purchased an item but have not yet received it, please follow these steps:

  • Open the in-game shop and tap the Restore button.
  • Locate your purchased item, which will now be marked as "free."
  • Select the item to complete the redemption process. If you are still unable to claim your items after following these steps, please reach out directly to our Player Support team for further assistance: We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.

[August 28] [Daily Quests, RESOLVED] 🔹 The issue preventing players from claiming Daily Quests earlier today has been resolved, and players are able to claim Daily Quests as normal.
