- Has story mode and planned updates/DLC for years to come.

This is interesting. I like the idea, but I feel like they really should be focusing on working on Skylines 2. Then again, I'm not a developer so, eh.

It's a different team working on the game.

Well, maybe if they'd focused more, they'd be working on that one instead!

I've given up on skylines 2, hoping that cityscape metropolis turns out to be a good successor.

Oh, nice. All I saw was Iceflake and didn't look further. That's good to hear. I like the concept of this. Hopefully we can actually alter buildings on a brick by brick basis. I am cautiously optimistic.

I’m fine with there being a lego version of every game and movie

I wonder if this will allow for mixed use building's or if we'll still be stuck with American zoning laws

I know it says a different team than cities skylines, but, I really wanted to love skylines 2 and it’s still sitting in my library, largely unplayed, and I would fire up the first one before 2. All that to say, I’m not super optimistic, I want to be, but, I’m tired of studios throwing out half baked garbage then moving on to the next.

C:S 2 seems to be slowly getting there. I've been following CityPlanerPlays' update videos since I was reluctant (and still am) to buy the game.
