I think I heard somewhere that as the community owner (maybe other mods can too) you can disable downvotes here specifically, in the settings on the website.
I don't mod anything myself, so can't confirm.

I was just asking gemini about this. There doesn't seem to be a setting for disabled down votes. If I were able to see the morons that do that, I'd simply block them myself. The anonymity aspect here sucks

Community Settings > Accept downvotes from > Nobody
This disables downvotes from this instance and federated downvotes from other instances but users from remote instances can still give local downvotes on their instance which we can't see here.
