Democrats could grow their 59-seat majority in the state House to 64 if their leads in races hold this fall. Primary results indicate Democrats will likely flip seats in the 17th, 18th, and 26th Legislative Districts, while holding their current seats.

Glad to see we're sending Dems packing if they aren't willing to tax the rich

Redmond City Councilmember Jessica Forsythe also has a strong chance of unseating incumbent Rep. Amy Walen in the 48th LD. Forsythe narrowly edged Walen in the primary by 17 votes. It's sure to be one of the most expensive state legislature races this fall, with wealthy backers likely to flood support for Walen, who drew the ire of progressives for voting against the millionaires' tax and statewide middle housing reform. Just two years ago, big money poured in to help Walen get elected to the Senate, a bid that fell flat with voters sticking with incumbent Vandana Slatter.

Pro corporate Dems make up the majority of the legislature and WA courts.

If people thought fascism was bad in a red state, they gonna be waking up licking boots here shortly.

We need as many socialists in as we can get.
