Sith! They're called Sith! Admittedly, the Revanites being referred to as The Grey Jedi isn't really helping things.

Sith are a type of dark jedi, but they are not all dark jedi.

Aren't they also a species from a planet that is influenced by the dark side of the force.

Early on they were, but the dark jedi melded the 2 ideologies and essentially genocided the Sithari

Oh are we pushing the idea that you can’t choose to be a Sith now, that you’re born that way and should be in a protected class?

Everything he is saying is neoliberal because he is the neoliberal they are voting to cast out. The jedi in the background look quite tired of him.
