In 1283, Königsberg got its name to honour king Ottokar II. Přemysl for his support of the Teutonic Order against the Prussians, but was not founded by him (as a city) as he already died in battle against Roman-German king Rudolf of Habsburg in 1278. Yet, he supposedly gave the advice to build the castle at that place which implied the establishment of a settlement in its vicinity.
I cannot believe Germany is allying with the Mushroom Kingdom. They need to get the Fire Flower trafficking under control. Also, their foreign policy on The Oopy Goopy Galaxy is horrible.
