SCOTUS federalist society lizards when they legislate from the bench, refuse to provide a reasoning for guidance to lower courts that makes any sense, and get overturned by them due to the constitutions plain text and a lack of guidance, meaning she can go back to using her own judgement.
Some how the incompetency of Trump's regime is infecting the highly educated sleeper agents on the court too. At least there's that.
But the important part is that they may be able to delay it enough so that the bullshit new rules can't go into effect in time to affect the midterm elections.
