The coffe that started it all for me

I always liked coffee, but always drank it with milk, to take the edge of. Then I came across really good coffee and someone threw in a sample of these beans. I had to reconsider what coffee actually is. About 2 years after this sample, I know more about coffee and it's processing than I could ever imagine there was to know.

I recently got an espresso machine I will mod with a gaggimate in the future, and right now I just try to do turbo shots. I have to grind by hand for espresso and the grinder "resolition" is not quite granular enough for really bright roast espresso. My latte " art" is coming along slowly but I have fun doing it, though straight espresso is great! The hearts are OK right now

Good Karma Coffee is also in my rotation - nice choice. I usually try to go with small artisanal roasters and get rarely disappointed by them.

Also if you find a local roaster, you can usually stop by and talk with them about their coffee and learn and discover new things. And maybe they'll even invite you to a tasting :)
