U.S. House committee reviewing whether CPS policies that support transgender students violate federal law

U.S. Rep. Tim Walberg, who grilled Supt. Macquline King at a hearing in June, is asking the school district to provide reams of documents, including any complaints about gender support plans and evidence of how the district is complying with recent Supreme Court rulings.
