Machida Shoten

Dinner tonight is at Machida Shoten's flagship store—basically the poster child for corporate-style Iekei. I’m usually not big on Iekei ramen, but I actually really like theirs. Though, to be fair, I’ve literally only ever ordered the salted char siu ramen here. It’s so good!
