Why do I get the feeling it’s going to be hard to ever capture what the originals felt like? There’s something specific about the pacing of Robocop that it doesn’t feel like most other action movies. I didn’t see the reboot, but I imagine this was lost on it.
Robocop is about the slow burn pursuit and I hope that’s not lost on the direction.

The reboot was absolute shit. The actors did a great job, but the story was fucking ridiculous and absurd. Don’t waste your time watching it, if you’re considering it.
